X-treme Activewear Terms Of Sale

TERMS: All orders are shipped C.O.D. with company check approved. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

RETURNED CHECKS: A $50.00 service charge will be applied for every check that is returned. If a check is returned twice, all company check privileges will be revoked and Gold's Gym Licensing will be notified.

CONDITIONS: All prices are subject to change without notice.

CUSTOM ORDERS: All orders with custom embroidery or printing must be signed and faxed back before job will be started.

CLAIMS: X-treme Activewear must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods fo any shortages, damages or errors.

MINIMUMS: No minimums of any stock items.

NAME DROPPING: Free of charge with any 48 piece minimun-assorted logos and garments (orders name dropped with 24-47 pieces will be charged a nominal fee or $.50/per garment.

RETURNS: No returns or exchanges are permitted unless garments are defective. Returns must have a written authorization from X-treme Activewear... NO EXCEPTIONS!

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: Resale Certificates must be completed, signed and returned immediately to avoid state tax charges.
